Dry and Dammage hair

1.Use  vinegar as a conditioner. Massage it into your scalp or soak your hair in vinegar and water before you shampoo. This will eliminate dandruff as well as restore.

2.Rub oil into your scalp. Then cover your hair with a hat, leave it on overnight and shampoo and rinse the oil out next morning. Olive oil and coconut oil work the best.

3.Lather your hair with an egg whipped into tepid water. Make sure the water is not too hot. Rinse the egg out with tepid water afterward.

4.Run your hair through cold water. This will lock in the moisture

5.Combine all three to deep-treat damaged hair. Mix three eggs, two tablespoons olive or safflower oil, and one teaspoon vinegar. Apply it to your hair, cover with a plastic cap for 30 minutes and then shampoo it out.

6. Wash your hair in warm or cool water, not hot. Use a shampoo rich in Vitamin E. Use a leave-in conditioner.

7.Avoid shampooing too often. Doing so more than once a day will dry out the hair and scalp. This is especially true in cold weather.

  • Step 2
Reduce the use of the hairdryer. The hot air will dry and damage your hair. If you do use a dryer, use the cool setting.

    EyeCare

1.Marigold flowers make a weak tea and when used with cotton pad for compression will really help soothe tired eyes. If you do not have nerve strain or anything then you will be glad to apply ice as a pack on your eyes. Just keep it for ten minutes after wrapping it in a towel. But if you have severe eye problems for over two days then you must check in with an ophthalmologist.

    2. Be sure to take high vitamin A food. These include pumpkin, squashes, yams, carrots, mangoes, cantaloupe, dairy, eggs and fish. Some of these should be in your diet everyday to give you great eye sight and eye strength for keeps. The effect of nutrition on eyes cannot really be argued upon.

3.If you have dark circles or if you wish to protect your eyes from harsh glare of light and stress then you must understand that there is nothing to beat it than the effects of 8 hours of proper sleep and tons of water. This will get you rid of dark circles and will also help you looking fresh and young.

    4. It is essential to wear sunglasses when you are out in the summer. It is of course important to protect your eyes from the harsh effects of the strong sun. So wearing sun glasses not only looks good but also protects your eyes in the best ways!

5.Cucumber or cucumber water as well as grated potatoes and almond oil are great for soothing the eye area. They help your eyes to relax as well as keep them fresh looking. If you apply them you will notice how much more beautiful and fresh your eyes look!

6.These are some of the basic eye care tips that you can use to get the best results for taking care of your eyes. If you have itchy or swelling eyes then you can always use an infusion of dried leaves and flowers like acrimony leaves to reduce the swelling and burning. There are always great options to give infusions through marigold leaves or chamomile leaves as well. Soaked chamomile tea is really good for the eyes and great to bathe the eyes when you are stressed.

    Concealer

    Concealers
Concealer is primarily used to hide flaws on the skin without using all-over foundation. If the right concealer is used, the result can be a beautiful, flawless and natural look.
    Choosing a Concealer

You will want to pick a concealer that is about one shade lighter than your natural skin color. To make sure that the color you are buying is right, try to test them out right at the store. Ideally, go to the store without any makeup on and try the concealer right onto your face. However, you can also just test the concealer on the inside of your arm if you would rather not go out of house barefaced. Also, you will also want to choose a concealer that has yellow undertones. That will give you the most natural look.
     Applying concealer:

1.Even if you do not have blemishes or other imperfections, you should always apply concealer underneath  the eyes. It will help your eyes to look brighter and make your face appear more vibrant.
2.Use liquid concealer for dry skin
3.Use solid concealer for pimples, scars and bruises.
4.Use concealer with yellow undertones to hide dark circles. It will give you the most natural finish possible.
    5. Use concealer with blue or green undertones to conceal a ruddy skin tone.

    PERFECT SMILE

So how do you have a great smile? how do you maintain that smile? Babies are born knowing about smiles. we spend money to get that perfect smile.

    1. Watch funny movies! So many studies show that smiling actually makes you feel happier. The act of smiling releases feel-good chemicals in your system. Conversely, the act of frowning releases stress hormones!! So actually smile occasionally, and it will affect your mood. If you watch something that gets you to honestly smile and have fun, all the better!

    2. Do face exercises. If you rarely smile and then suddenly you do, your face will have to "stretch" into an unnatural position - so it will look like a grimace with the skin pulled tightly against your skull. That's not very attractive. If your skin is used to smiling (or at least stretching) then when you do smile it will look natural and full.

3.The teeth issue can be promoted or avoided, by having a smile that's open mouth or closed mouth. You can of course "work" on any teeth issues through teeth-whitening products, braces to straighten them out, and so on. Depending on how bad your teeth are and the industry you're in it may be very much to your advantage to pay the money to fix your teeth. It's hard to go through life with your mouth always closed! In the meantime, though, practicing a closed mouth smile can do wonders.

4.A closed mouth smile is great for all situations. It is perfect if your teeth are less than wonderful looking. It can be soft , wide and mysterious, friendly and just about anything else. It all depends on how widely you smile, how deep the smile is, how your eyes are, head and body angle.

5.With an open mouth smile, then general impression you are giving to the person you're with is that you are "energetically fun". It is an attitude of exuberance, of letting loose. If you look through movie posters, there is often a marked difference between the quiet smiles and the open happy smiles.

6.On a more cautious note, if you have really bad teeth, it might be best to go with a closed smile most of the time. That way you get the advantages of the smile without the off-putting reaction to your teeth. I'd also look into fixing them up, for health reasons! Bad teeth often lead to all sorts of mouth issues.

    Hand and Nail Care

It is very easy to keep your hand and nail look healthy and young.

It is said that a lady's hands are the most accurate indicator of her age, and these days there is even surgery available to keep hands looking youthful! Our poor hands and nails suffer badly and just when you want them to look great you care. To keep yours looking their best, take a look at these top hand and nail care rule.

    Wear rubber gloves:

Get into the habit of wearing gloves when doing any kind of housework. Cleaning products and dirt are harsh on the skin and nails so protect them every time. You can even make doing the housework into a treat for your hands by applying your favorite moisturizer before you put on the gloves!

    Dry your hands thoroughly:

Dry your hands after your shower or bath and never file your nails until they are absolutely dry, or you will damage them.

    Enjoy a healthy diet:

Make sure you have plenty of Biotin (a B vitamin), calcium and zinc in your diet. Biotin will strengthen your nails. Calcium is possibly the most important supplement for women over 30: it keeps your bones strong and of course, your nails. White spots on the nails may indicate a zinc deficiency.

    Keep your hands hydrated:

Use moisturizer every day on your hands. For extra-healthy nails try massaging vitamin E oil into your cuticles. During the day be sure to choose a moisturizer with a minimum SPF of 15. At night use a nice, rich hand cream and once a week coat the moisturizer with oil (vitamin E or even olive oil) and wear a pair of cotton gloves throughout the night for a deep conditioning treatment.

    File your nails correctly:

To keep your nails at their strongest, file in one direction rather than using a 'sawing' back and forth action, which will make them weaker and more prone to breakage.

    Look after your cuticles

Gently push your cuticles back after a shower or bath. You may do this with a towel while drying them, or use an orange stick with a little cotton wool wrapped around the end. Be gentle or you will damage them. Never cut your cuticles.

    Always use a base coat:

When painting your nails, always use a base coat to avoid staining them with the color coat. Try to go for something nourishing and strengthening.

Avoid polish removers containing acetone or formaldehyde:

Acetone and formaldehyde are extremely drying for nails. Use acetate-based removers instead.
